Pilots that never scale

Nine experiments, zero operating model. AI stays a demo instead of becoming capability.

Tools bought, outcomes missing

Licenses deployed, adoption counted — while cycle time, quality, and customers see nothing.

A widening fluency divide

A few sprinters compound daily gains while the rest of the organization quietly falls behind.

Walk away with decisions made, not notes taken

A three-tier AI opportunity map for your own organization — efficiency, augmentation, transformation

One workflow redesigned around explicit human judgment checkpoints

Your data red-lines: what AI in your company may not collect, retain, or infer

A risk-tier framework that makes the safe path the fast path

An adoption plan that closes the fluency divide instead of widening it

Your personal leadership competency map for the AI era

Built on the Ten Rules of AI Design

The design principles behind trustworthy AI systems — spotlighted where they earn their keep, included in full as member reference.

Ryan Hanau

Customer Experience & AI Design Leader

Ryan has been building AI into how organizations actually work since before it was fashionable. As a Senior Director at Oracle, he oversaw work on one of the company's earliest applied-AI programs — the 2017 launch of AI-powered Intelligent Bots on Oracle Mobile Cloud Enterprise, the multi-channel chatbot platform that evolved into Oracle Digital Assistant. Today he leads Experience+, an expert consulting practice amplified by AI, spanning product strategy, UX design, research, and digital transformation.

“The goal isn't to make AI more human — it's to make human-AI collaboration seamless.”
